Winter 2024 Student Internship Opportunities Open

The Office of Experiential Learning and Career Development is happy to announce that applications for Winter Internship opportunities are now open!  

º¬Ð߲ݴ«Ã½ Paid Internships 

To apply to opportunities through the º¬Ð߲ݴ«Ã½ paid internship program, please follow these steps: 

 

  1. Log into Learning in Action with your º¬Ð߲ݴ«Ã½ credentials

  2. Enroll in the Winter 2024 Internships course 
    Confirm whether or not you have maxed out your number of internship terms. 

    • Canadian students: 2 internship terms max. 
    • International students: 3 internship terms max. 
    • Indigenous students: no limit.

  3. Browse through the 10+ opportunities available. These are some examples of the positions available:

    • Communications Intern at Nature Trust
    • Records Management Intern at United Way Central NB
    • Events Assistant at the Fredericton Chamber of Commerce.

  4. After tailoring your resume and cover letter for each position you’re applying for, remember to double check you’ve uploaded your files to Learning in Action!

FutureGNB Internships

To apply to opportunities through FutureGNB (Government of New Brunswick), please follow these steps: 

  1. Go to

  2. Browse through the postings. Some examples of the available opportunities include:

    • Finance Officer
    • Policy Advisor
    • Policy and Research Analyst

  3.  Select the internship opportunities you’re interested in applying for

  4. Upload your resume and cover letter
